At Florence Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, we take pride in serving those in our community who have a need for Short Term Rehabilitation services or Long Term Skilled Nursing services. We have a secured all female Memories Unit and we also provide onsite Respiratory Therapy Services 7 days per week. At Florence Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, your family members well-being is our top concern. We believe in creating an environment that makes it possible for residents to enjoy life and all that it still has to offer. Our team is made up of caring individuals who are committed to providing the highest level of care with compassion and kindness. Outpatient Therapy

Easy Access, Separate Entrance meet with your therapist and get on with your day

Our outpatient services are convenient and personalized to meet your precise needs. The therapists will develop an individualized treatment program for you based on your doctor’s request. Each therapist is professionally trained and certified in their disciplines as well as the advanced technology of Accelerated Care Plus. We utilize highly effective therapy equipment, often used by professional sports teams, including a patented form of electrical stimulation that helps increase the muscle strength and reduce pain and swelling.

Therapy treatments are offered up to six days a week.

We offer flexible hours to work around your job, school and other appointments.

Transitional Care Center

Short Term Rehabilitation Center

Enjoy our rehabilitation suites with all the added security of 24 hour care, so you can focus on your health and getting back on your feet after an injury or illness when you stay at Florence Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our Transitional Care Center offers our short term residents all the amenities they are used to at home.
